Actress Matilda Asare had FINALLY broken her silence on the alleged Ghc 310,000 from the NPP!
In an explosive interview on Angel 96.1 FM with Unpredictable Ike, being monitored by SeanCitygh.com , Matilda set the record straight on the controversy that has been brewing since 2016!
Matilda revealed that the issue was actually from 2019, NOT 2024, and it involved a proposal she sent to a “big man” in the NPP for sponsorship to shoot the “Tetteh Quarshie” movie.
She claimed that the money was NOT meant to be shared among the celebrities, but rather invested in the movie project. However, some of her colleagues had other plans!
“They said they wouldn’t shoot the movie, they needed their money,” Matilda revealed.
Matilda insisted that she didn’t use the money for personal gain, but rather invested it in the movie. And guess what? Everyone involved has since received their share!
She claimed that,only one person was not satisfied with the amount she received who has been spreading falsehood about her but the issue has been settled now.
