Hip-life veteran Joe Frazier has expressed his displeasure with actor and politician Agya Koo for likening Ghana’s economic struggles to those in Europe, the US, and Asia.
Actor Agya Koo has made remarks regarding the present economic crisis, emphasising that Ghana is not an exception to other nations experiencing economic difficulty.
He declared in an interview that “economic comfort is a myth worldwide.” The economic suffering is visible in regions like Europe, Asia, and the United States; some people even lack the necessary papers for employment.
Conversely, Joe Frazier in an interview with Martha Joyce on Oyerepa TV expressed his disgust in Kofi Adu (Agya Koo) for donning political goggles to support his political party (N.P.P.) rather than speaking for the average Ghanaian.
He added , ”I am really disappointed with Agya Koo for equating Ghana’s difficulty to that of Europe, Asia, and the United States. Perhaps Agya Koo benefits from his party, that is why he is constantly defending it, but he should put himself in the shoes of the average Ghanaian.
Joe Frazier’s statements came after revealing his personal life experiences in Europe and Ghana.
