Frederick Kwadwo Nkansah a.k.a “Yentumi” has filed his nomination to contest as parliamentary candidate for Manso Nkwanta constituency in the upcoming primaries of the elephant party.
He submitted his forms in person at the party office on Thursday, 21st December, 2023.
It was received by the constituency Chairman Hon. Owusu Mensah, witnessed by constituency executives and strongly backed by diehard members of “friends of Yentumi”.
Hon. Yentumi preceeded the filing of his nomination with the donation of food items worth GHs 35,000 at an orphanage home located at Akropong on the same day to mirror his concern for the welfare of the vulnerable in the constituency.
At the party office, he was admonished by the party executives to regulate the conduct of his supporters and shun manners that will forment trouble throughout his campaign.
In an interview, party Chairman Hon. Owusu Mensah also called on supporters of various aspirants to avoid all forms of hate speech before, during and after the primaries.
Speaking to the media, much-talked-about Hon Yentumi promised to promote unity among members of the party so as to facilitate breaking the 8 for NPP.
When voted for as the candidate and ultimately the Member of Parliamentary, he pledged the lobby for more developmental projects for the constituency, especially construction and face-lifting of all bad roads.
