One-time member of parliament for the Manso Adubia constituency and CEO of Quarm publications, Quarm Joseph Albert (PhD), has defied all odds and worked hard to achieve an educational milestone.
Prof. Quam, as he is affectionately called, is well-known in the publishing industry and has served on several government and private boards in different capacities.
In a conversation with him, I narrated how challenging it was to join academia to contribute meaningfully to discussions. In his narration, he recounted how strenuous it was to do his academic research work.
According to him, this will be an incredible academic achievement that he will use to positively impact small communities.
Joseph Alber Quam graduated from KNUST as a PhD holder in environmental science.
