Some well-known Ghanaian actors have targeted the Assin North constituency with a political campaign message as the By-Elections for Assin North draw closer.
The message from the actors who have previously proclaimed their support for the opposition National Democratic Congress is to urge voters to vote for NDC’s candidate, Hon James Gyakye Quayson, in the June 27th by-elections.
Actors such as Big Akwess, Christiana Awuni, and a slew of others have descended on the Assin North constituency to campaign fervently for the NDC candidate.
Following the Supreme Court verdict against Gyakye Quayson over his dual citizenship, the Assin-North Constituency has gained widespread attention.
