Isaac Owusu Ansah, an award-winning and well-known broadcaster, has disclosed the secret behind King Eben’s meteoric rise in sports presentation.
King Eben had previously worked with Shallom FM (Berekum), Solid FM, and Ashh FM , Silver Fm and He is known as the “Best Sports Foreign News Presenter.”
King Eben first radio transfer in Kumasi was from Solid FM to Ashh FM in 2009.
In a chart with Isaac Kofi Owusu Ansah of Ashh 101.1 fm on SeanCity TV’s Radio Mu Nkomo,set the record straight that, in his radio life he has discovered many talents but King Eben is not part of the list.
“King Eben was already an excellent presenter before joining me at Ashh Fm, and I was not the one who discovered him, but I gave him the name King Eben”
He was known as ‘Abbis’ while he worked at Solid FM in Kumasi, but I came up with the appellation ‘ King Eben’ from his given name, Ebenezer.
I assumed that because of his name, people would be able to recognize him, and I was certain that he would succeed in the field. He added
I formed a team with King Eben, Eric Agyeman Duah Action, Addai Munukum Ansah Frederick, George De Icon, Kwabena Agyeman the Historian, and other members at Ashh Fm in the year 2009.
