Kwaku Manu, a Kumawood actor and social media sensation has praised his elder, the Legendary Alexander Kofi Adu- known as Agya Koo, for his significant contribution to Ghana’s film industry and saving it from collapse some time ago.
Kwaku Manu told Ike Unpredictable on Angel FM that local movie was revived on the back of Agya Koo, and that he was the reason the film business was able to compete with Nigerian market .
He called Agya Koo a legend who needs to be worshipped for his efforts.
“Agya Koo has done a lot for us !” “He’s a living legend,” he declared.
“We must give him a standing ovation for elevating the local film industry at a time when the industry was struggling to grow,” he added. ‘I am a proud product of Tetemofra Production which is own by Agya Koo’ . According to Kwaku Manu, Agya Koo has had his moment and no one else in the industry can match him.
