Renowned Ghanaian actress and media personality Nana Ama McBrown has officially confirmed the end of her marriage to Maxwell Mensah after twelve years together.
Although rumours about their separation had circulated for months, this marks the first time McBrown has publicly addressed and confirmed the issue herself. Speaking openly on the matter, the Onua Showtime host explained that the decision to go their separate ways was not an easy one but was necessary. She was quick to clarify that there is no bad blood between her and her former husband.
According to McBrown, she and Maxwell Mensah remain very close, are still good friends, and continue to share mutual respect. She further revealed that Maxwell still manages several of her businesses, underscoring the healthy relationship they maintain despite the divorce.
The award-winning actress expressed gratitude to her ex-husband, stating that she thanks and blesses him for giving her their daughter, Baby Maxine.
McBrown also made it clear that she has no intention of remarrying. She explained that after spending about 25 years in the public eye, she has learned enough about life, people, and relationships to avoid rushing into another marriage.
