Aqua Vitaal Ghana, a Dutch-Ghanaian water innovation company, is leading a new wave of clean water access across Ghana through the rollout of solar-powered water filtration kiosks.

The company is on a mission to deliver safe, affordable, and sustainable drinking water to underserved communities. With Dutch-grade purification systems and solar technology, each kiosk serves up to 1,500 people daily, addressing critical water needs in schools, markets, clinics, and residential areas.
“Clean water should not be a luxury. Our goal is to ensure that every community, no matter how remote, has access to safe and affordable drinking water.”

How It Works
The kiosks operate on a pay-as-you-go mobile money system, making them accessible and affordable for all income levels. Each kiosk also creates local employment by hiring attendants and maintenance staff from the surrounding communities.
Growing Support and Vision
Aqua Vitaal is receiving increasing interest from local government bodies and municipal leaders across Ghana. The company is also collaborating with CSR-focused partners and Dutch grant institutions to scale the model nationally and across other African countries in the future.
